CA Competencies

The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants characterizes the abilities that understudies need to qualify as CAs and assesses those capabilities through the public Uniform Evaluation (UFE).

The abilities are separated into two classes:

Moral conduct and demonstrable skill;
Individual ascribes like responsibility, versatility to change and the capacity to self-oversee, step up and add esteem; and
Proficient abilities like correspondence, critical thinking, and the board.

The particular abilities (what CAs do):

Administration, methodology, and hazard the board
Execution estimation and revealing
Confirmation
Money
The executives dynamic; and
Tax collection

CASB understudies foster CA abilities by finishing the capability-based CASB modules and through their work insight at endorsed CA Training Offices.

Skill-based instruction necessitates that understudies are dynamic in their learning. There are no talks in the CASB program; rather, understudies fabricate their capabilities by doing week-by-week jobs as they get familiar with the contextual investigation that advances from Module 1 through the finish of Module 5.
