Individual ascribes like responsibility, versatility to change and the capacity to self-oversee, step up and add esteem; and
Proficient abilities like correspondence, critical thinking, and the board.

The particular abilities (what CAs do):

Administration, methodology, and hazard the board
Execution estimation and revealing
Confirmation
Money
The executives dynamic; and
Tax collection

CASB understudies foster CA abilities by finishing the capability-based CASB modules and through their work insight at endorsed CA Training Offices.

Skill-based instruction necessitates that understudies are dynamic in their learning. There are no talks in the CASB program; rather, understudies fabricate their capabilities by doing week-by-week jobs as they get familiar with the contextual investigation that advances from Module 1 through the finish of Module 5.
